What does Wrap Lines do?
It adds a specified prefix to the beginning and a specified suffix to the end of every line in your text. For example, you could wrap each line in single quotes for SQL.
Can I wrap lines in HTML tags?
Yes! Set prefix to <li> and suffix to </li> to wrap each line in list item tags, or use any other HTML tags.
Does it affect empty lines?
By default the "Skip empty lines" option is enabled, so blank lines are left as-is. Disable it if you want every line wrapped regardless.
Can I use it to create SQL IN values?
Yes. Set prefix to ' and suffix to ', to wrap each line in single quotes with a comma. For a complete SQL list, also check out the SQL List tool.
Is there a limit on how many lines I can wrap?
No hard limit. The tool processes everything in your browser, so performance depends on your device. Thousands of lines work fine.
